Like many, I ate eggs, dairy, chicken, pork, beef and turkey regularly. For many years I believed that animal ingredients were necessary for a healthy diet. With moderate exercise I was never able to reach an ideal weight. I consistently carried 15 to 25 extra pounds and always had very low energy.
After watching the documentaries Forks Over Knives and Cowspiracy, I immediately began to make different daily choices. I now focus my passion toward healing the body through the power of plants.
